Amazon Account Manager (eCommerce)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Windsor office, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to £55,000 per year

Consumer goods organisation with an established eCommerce operation focused on commercial performance and marketplace growth.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day Amazon marketplace activity across assigned product categories.
• Drive sales, profitability, and marketplace performance.
• Analyse trading performance, marketplace metrics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead promotional planning, forecasting, and commercial recommendations.
• Improve content, assortment, pricing, and product availability.
• Present trading updates and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders while collaborating with commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Proven Amazon Account Management experience in a commercial eCommerce environment.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor and/or Seller models.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into action.
• Commercial ownership and confidence working independently with minimal onboarding.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to work from the Windsor office 3 days per week.
