Sr Engineer, Integration

Location: Typically requires in-person presence at the support office Monday through Friday; travel to multiple offices, meetings, audits, vendor engagements, and site visits may be required, including overnight travel.

Salary: $130,000–$168,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate reliable, secure, scalable enterprise systems and integrations.
• Lead application design, coding, testing, deployment, and integration development across enterprise platforms.
• Improve infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, technical documentation, and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead code reviews, quality improvements, performance optimization, and technical debt remediation while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences, or five additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise systems, business platforms, or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale programs and change management initiatives, managing teams, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, business platforms, engineering standards, and operational frameworks such as ITIL.
• Ability to participate in 24/7 on-call duties for incident and event escalation.
• Ability to work in person at the support office Monday through Friday and travel between offices and external engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, CRM, healthcare, retail, large enterprise environments, or Epic EHR.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, CloudHub, iPaaS, SOA, microservices, and large-scale integration design.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL, RAML, YAML, API management, and web services.
• Experience with Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, real-time stream processing, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript, plus familiarity with HL7, EDI X12, DDD, canonical data models, Git, and Atlassian tools.
