Integration Platform Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations with Dell Boomi AtomSphere, including processes, connectors, reusable components, and templates.
• Architect API-led and event-driven solutions, including REST APIs, SOAP services, real-time synchronization, and enterprise messaging integrations.
• Deploy and manage Atom, Molecule, and Atom Cloud runtimes with a focus on availability, scalability, performance, and operational reliability.
• Implement API security, governance, monitoring, logging, observability, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Integrate SAP, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, and other cloud and on-premises systems.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders; conduct reviews and mentor junior integration engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional enterprise application integration experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Dell Boomi AtomSphere experience.
• Expertise in Boomi process design, connectors, Atom/Molecule runtime management, and deployment strategies.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, API management, API governance, authentication, authorization, encryption, OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, and certificate-based authentication.
• Advanced scripting skills with Groovy, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with Kafka, JMS, Boomi Event Streams, or similar messaging technologies, plus CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related technical discipline, along with strong analytical, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Dell Boomi Professional Developer, Boomi Professional Architect, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Boomi Flow, Boomi DataHub, Boomi Integration, Boomi API Management, or Boomi Event Streams.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, as well as MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Cloud Integration, or Azure Integration Services.
• Knowledge of FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and enterprise integration best practices.
