Information Technology Assistant Manager

What you will do

• Oversee daily IT operations and resolve technical issues for hotel staff.
• Implement and maintain hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems with the IT Manager.
• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and data integrity.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, networks, and internet connections.
• Train hotel employees on IT procedures, applications, and security practices.
• Manage IT inventory and coordinate contracts and support with external vendors.

Requirements

• Expertise in IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
• Customer-centric approach and the ability to provide prompt IT assistance.
• Leadership skills, adaptability under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to data security and compliance.
