What you will do
- Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
- Monitor and optimize LAN, network servers, directory structures, upgrades, preventive maintenance, security, and system reliability.
- Resolve user issues involving personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity while providing training and technical support.
- Maintain IT infrastructure in line with Technology Network standards, certification requirements, shared technology resources, and backup procedures.
- Support workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale implementations while minimizing operational disruption.
- Recruit, train, supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate IT team members.
Requirements
- Experience managing IT infrastructure and operations in a hotel or multi-site environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot personal computing, software, network, server, and connectivity issues.
- Experience with IT security, compliance, preventive maintenance, backups, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ability to coordinate technology projects and work closely with property management.
- Experience leading, developing, and evaluating technical team members.
