Senior Professional Services Consultant (Networking/Security)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; onsite customer and office work with up to 40% travel

What you will do

• Translate customer business requirements and pain points into actionable implementation projects.
• Deliver installation, upgrades, refreshes, and technical leadership for hirify.global solutions including NIOS, Universal DDI, and hirify.global Threat Defense.
• Create project technical documentation and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction targets.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve customer discovery, services scoping, proposal quality, and pre-sales engagement.
• Mentor customers and partners on hirify.global technology and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, and Sales teams while contributing to the professional services knowledge base.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional services delivery and consulting experience.
• Experience with software development, networking, and/or security, with strong knowledge of security concepts and implementations.
• Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, IP address management, SaaS networking, or software security is advantageous.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus willingness to travel up to 40%.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, BlueCat, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Progress toward hirify.global product certification.

Hiring process
