What you will do
- Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties in partnership with area, cluster, and corporate technology leadership.
- Monitor and optimize LAN, network servers, directory structures, upgrades, preventive maintenance, security, and system reliability.
- Resolve user issues involving personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, while providing training and technical support.
- Maintain IT infrastructure in line with Technology Network standards, certification requirements, shared technology resources, and backup procedures.
- Lead or support workstation, server, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale implementations while controlling timelines, budgets, and operational disruption.
- Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and mentor IT team members, including performance reviews and professional development.
Requirements
- Experience managing hotel or property IT operations and supporting critical site systems.
- Knowledge of network servers, LAN infrastructure, software applications, connectivity, security, and system maintenance.
- Ability to manage technology implementations and infrastructure upgrades with minimal operational disruption.
- Ability to lead, develop, and evaluate a high-performing IT team.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
