Performance Analyst (Investment Performance)

Location: London, United Kingdom; office attendance is required at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

What you will do

• Collect and update portfolio, benchmark, and other investment performance data.
• Reconcile and analyze returns generated by performance systems, using analytical tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Produce, develop, validate, and distribute performance measurement and attribution reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly standard and ad-hoc reports for investment management, sales, and client reporting.
• Interpret and communicate performance-related questions from clients, marketing, investment professionals, and management.
• Participate in departmental projects, including report automation initiatives, independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• Education in business, finance, accounting, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in investment management or financial services.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and independent working skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Access.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with investment and performance measurement concepts.
• Experience in performance measurement and analytics.
• Experience with data and report automation.
• Experience with performance systems such as FactSet and Aladdin.
