Financial Data Analyst

What you will do

• Maintain and update securities, asset, and reference data in real time.
• Validate data accuracy through manual and automated processes and comparison with third-party market data.
• Evaluate data vendors for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on security master, reference data, asset classes, corporate actions, cash flows, analytics, pricing, amortization, performance, derivatives, and alternative assets.
• Analyze information flows between accounting and custody systems and support risk and control checks.
• Document workflows, update procedures, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with clients, data providers, and service delivery managers.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel proficiency and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with reference data technology and tools.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field.
• Strong computer, Microsoft Office, documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn new skills, and adapt to change.
