Regional Marketing Assistant (Healthcare)

Salary: $25.50–$35.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support regional marketing and promotional programs for affiliated dental offices.
• Coordinate community events, including supplies, promotional materials, displays, programs, and sponsorships.
• Handle administrative marketing tasks such as ordering marketing kits, managing promotional item deliveries, and assembling marketing books.
• Coordinate, edit, and proof print, direct mail, signage, online, and office-specific marketing materials.
• Work with the creative team and external vendors to deliver projects on deadline.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing function.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, process focus, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-service focused.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regional healthcare or dental environment.
• Equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
