Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: On-site in Dulles, Virginia, United States. Minimal travel and standard working hours.

Basic compensation: $188,000–$229,700 annually for the Virginia area.

What you will do

• Manage technical projects from development through deployment.
• Coordinate stakeholders, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Participate in technical design and development planning.
• Gather and manage deployment requirements.
• Facilitate certification, approval, and implementation activities.
• Support complex cyber-focused initiatives and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 12 years of experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least three years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Experience planning and executing technical development efforts and managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of commercial technologies and technical capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity or intelligence community initiatives.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
