3rd Shift IT Analyst - Tier 1 Automotive Supplier (Automotive)

Location: Arlington, TX, United States; onsite third-shift plant IT operations

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, hardware, software, and plant-level IT systems.
• Provide technical support for ERP, MES, manufacturing systems, and automation interfaces.
• Analyze system performance, recommend improvements, and assist with technology implementations and upgrades.
• Support cybersecurity monitoring, compliance with best practices, and data integrity.
• Perform root cause analysis, manage service tickets, and escalate complex issues.
• Document procedures and troubleshooting guides, and support disaster recovery and business continuity testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and automation interfaces.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, lift and maneuver equipment often weighing up to 50 lbs, and use ladders to access equipment.
