Senior Analyst, Digital Workplace Endpoint

What you will do

• Configure, deploy, administer, and support operating systems, desktop applications, endpoint security tools, device management platforms, and related solutions.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot, application packaging, compliance policies, and endpoint deployment processes.
• Create software deployment packages and automate repeatable tasks using PowerShell.
• Support patch management, vulnerability remediation, encryption, compliance monitoring, and endpoint lifecycle management with Cyber Security teams.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application deployment, device management, virtual environment, collaboration technology, and user experience issues.
• Provide advanced support to business and executive users, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to digital workplace modernization projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, enterprise systems administration, digital workplace technology, desktop engineering, or a related technical role.
• Experience with endpoint management, software distribution, application packaging, automation, patch management, compliance programs, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, TCP/IP networking, and endpoint connectivity troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Work location: US, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting macOS, mobile device management, endpoint virtualization, printing solutions, or executive support environments.
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA, Apple, or other relevant certifications.
