Data Operations Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid mode with 2 days per week from the office.

Salary: up to PLN 62,400 per year.

What you will do

• Create databases and reports according to client requirements.
• Add products and characteristics, validate data, identify outliers, and coordinate corrections.
• Collect and maintain product catalogues, product lists, and barcode lists for projects and categories.
• Execute production activities for assigned panels or industries and monitor data file flows.
• Maintain process documentation, statistical samples, and expansion factors.
• Investigate data inquiries, identify root causes, and resolve discrepancies between shelf reality and product coding data.

Requirements

• Degree-level education.
• Very good written and spoken English at B2 level.
• Computer literacy, especially MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to adapt to changes.
