Marketing Analyst-Associate (Excel)

Location: 5 Aleja Pokoju, Krakow, Poland; onsite role

What you will do

• Support TNT customer migration to hirify.global and related operational processes through data analysis and execution.
• Prepare, review, and validate files and datasets, identify discrepancies, and resolve data issues.
• Use Excel extensively to analyze data and support process execution.
• Maintain high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present results and insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a commercial, finance, marketing, or relevant environment.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and process-oriented thinking.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, and Power Query.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, ownership of data quality, and effective communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Familiarity with Databricks, GitHub, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with large datasets or cross-functional environments.
