Product Manager (Reusable KYB)

Location: Fully remote; open to candidates in multiple countries

What you will do

• Own the Reusable KYB product and drive its adoption, usage, value, and customer outcomes.
• Work with B2B customers to identify real-world problems and translate feedback into product improvements.
• Prioritize initiatives using clear goals, data, and direct customer insights.
• Balance product discovery and delivery while defining and aligning the roadmap with the broader Reusable team.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics to deliver measurable improvements.
• Develop next-generation corporate identity wallets, reliance networks, and universal business profiles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B Product Management experience in RegTech, FinTech, Crypto, Digital Identity, or other highly regulated software domains.
• Experience validating customer problems through direct feedback and translating insights into measurable product adoption.
• Comfort discussing REST APIs, tokens, webhooks, microservices, and digital wallet architectures.
• Strong understanding of B2B RegTech, market trends, competitor mechanics, and customer onboarding friction.
• Ability to define a multi-quarter product vision and execute sprint-level delivery with engineering.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Awareness of GLEIF, eIDAS 2.0, VASP / Travel Rule, or accredited Reliance KYC/KYB models.
• Experience with digital wallet design, credential management, or decentralized identity models.
