Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional travel.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for C3, an internal case management and operations platform supporting underwriting, negotiations, servicing, payment processing, document management, and workflow automation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, competitive analysis, requirements drafting, prototyping, UAT planning, and daily product work.
• Identify and validate high-value operational problems through research, interviews, workflow observation, data, rapid prototypes, MVPs, and customer feedback.
• Partner with domain-aligned engineering squads to prioritize initiatives, maintain a continuous pipeline of refined work, and translate business needs into requirements, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Shape usable workflows for internal users and define guardrails, fallback paths, and human oversight for AI-enabled experiences.
• Define success metrics, evaluate product outcomes, and communicate roadmap decisions, tradeoffs, and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior PM or equivalent role.
• Experience supporting multiple engineering squads in a high-throughput delivery environment with strong backlog and requirements management.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI productivity tools such as Claude, plus an understanding of LLM strengths, limitations, risks, and design considerations.
• Strong product judgment, UX instincts, technical fluency, and ability to move from discovery through delivery to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with complex operational environments and regulated domains such as legal tech, healthcare, insurance, claims, or fintech.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across product, engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams.

Nice to have

• Background spanning engineering, product, and design/UX.
• Experience with internal operations platforms, case management systems, workflow-heavy B2B applications, workflow automation, or decision engine platforms.
• Experience in personal injury, medical funding, legal funding, or adjacent domains with complex business rules.
• Experience with domain-aligned engineering squads or embedded technical product owner models.
