Warehouse Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage outbound team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related warehouse tasks.
• Develop just-in-time wave monitoring plans and system-based order allocation strategies to meet daily fulfillment deadlines.
• Monitor outbound processes, handle customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies.
• Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound data to improve processes, storage layout, efficiency, and space utilization.
• Train staff, enforce safety standards, report operational issues, and collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing or coordinating warehouse outbound operations.
• Ability to organize picking, packing, order allocation, and parcel handover activities.
• Capability to monitor operational performance, analyze data, and implement process improvements.
• Ability to train team members and maintain safety and standardized work procedures.
• Based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
