Senior Data Operations Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

What you will do

• Execute country-level data production activities, including data extraction, validation, completeness monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Review and process retailer and audit data using the appropriate platforms and tools.
• Handle new business setups, change requests, production submissions, and operational queries.
• Investigate data issues, determine root causes, coordinate resolutions with local teams, and recommend process improvements.
• Create and maintain retailer and cycle documentation while meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and internal SLA targets.
• Support local and regional projects and collaborate across multicultural operations teams.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in NIQ operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes and the ability to resolve queries independently.
• Analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized approach.
• Good understanding of the local market and ability to recommend suitable solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a complex daily workload.
• Mandarin language skills are required for the role.
