Senior Principal Foundry Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Drive lead product ramp-up during new technology introduction.
• Collaborate with foundries, NXP technology groups, business lines, customers, and other stakeholders to qualify and release processes.
• Own front-end process safe launch activities during ramp-up and drive manufacturability and yield improvements.
• Interface with key customers on critical projects and lead projects toward timely completion.
• Make decisions on process integration, resource planning, project schedules, logistics, and supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MSc degree in physics or electrical engineering.
• More than 10 years of experience in front-end IC process integration within foundry production or development teams.
• In-depth knowledge of IC devices and processes, with strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
• Hands-on experience leading development, transfer, or production ramp-up projects.
• Strong communication, influencing, foundry management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FinFET or NVM technologies.
