TL;DR

Staff Applications Engineer (Client) (Taipei) (Power Semiconductors): Enhancing and debugging analog and digital IC products, developing power semiconductor products, and supporting automotive computing customers with an accent on switch-mode power design and technical documentation. Focus on designing and benchmarking products, solving complex power-management issues, and collaborating with design, field applications, and marketing teams.

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

Enhance and debug analog and digital IC products with design engineers, field applications teams, and marketing.
Develop and benchmark products for automotive computing applications.
Write datasheets, application notes, and design notes.
Provide application support to key customers and field application engineers.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience with switch-mode power designs, including DC/DC, AC/DC, or inverters.
MSEE or higher degree.
Fluent English communication skills required.
Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.

Nice to have

Experience in computing system power design.
Experience at a power management IC company.
