What you will do

• Support customers by responding to telephone and written inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
• Prepare product information kits, including drawings, datasheets, price lists, and other literature.
• Process customer orders, confirm pricing and delivery dates, and maintain customer account records.
• Update customer information and orders in the LN/SAP ERP system.
• Monitor material manufacturing progress and coordinate with scheduling and production to meet delivery dates.
• Maintain documentation, purchase orders, receipts, filing systems, and related records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and contribute effectively in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, dynamic, and willing to learn.
