Strategic Sales Internship

Location: Rome General Office, Italy

Salary: €1,000 per month

What you will do

• Build customer relationships and collaborate on promotion support, assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
• Contribute to sales concepts, product branding, go-to-market strategies, and commercial tools.
• Help design business plans focused on sales and market share objectives.
• Support customers in developing programs that grow their businesses and sales results.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Product Supply teams across countries.

Requirements

• Master’s student or recent Master’s graduate with strong academic results.
• Creativity, initiative, follow-through, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Italian and excellent English communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability for a six-month internship starting from September 2026 or later.
