Consumer Products Associate (Licensing)

What you will do

• Support licensing plans across an assigned portfolio of partners in China and export markets.
• Coordinate product development, creative approvals, product submissions, launches, and ongoing partner support.
• Maintain working relationships with licensing agencies and licensees and support day-to-day account management.
• Prepare sales, royalty, portfolio, forecasting, and business review reports.
• Coordinate retail launch activities and cross-functional workflows with Sales, Marketing, Franchise, Creative, Product Development, and regional teams.
• Ensure licensed products comply with hirify.global brand guidelines, consumer needs, and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consumer products, licensing, FMCG, retail, or a related commercial environment.
• Experience working with external partners, agencies, distributors, or commercial customers.
• Understanding of licensing, brand management, product development, or commercial operations.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
