Project Manager (Digital Workplace & Security): Delivering end-to-end Digital Workplace and Security transformation projects for enterprise clients in Hong Kong with an accent on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and access, and Zero Trust. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, budgets, risks, governance, and delivery quality across complex client projects.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of Digital Workplace and Security transformation projects using the pmONE framework.
- Ensure project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
- Lead initiatives involving Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and access, and Zero Trust.
- Coordinate account managers, business development executives, architects, consultants, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage client communication through status updates, governance meetings, risk tracking, and escalation.
- Support presales activities and continuous improvement through delivery insights and best-practice contributions.
Requirements
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, client-facing, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Structured, delivery-focused approach with expertise in project planning and change management.
- Business acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis and performance tracking.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and access, and Zero Trust solutions.
- Experience in consulting environments and hands-on use of MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
