What you will do
- Lead gaming project development activities and sustain product lifecycle management.
- Build and manage multi-functional, multi-site project teams.
- Coordinate with product management, design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and contract manufacturers.
- Drive product experience, cost, quality, process, and productivity improvements.
- Implement engineering change orders for products and manufacturing processes.
- Identify and control project risks, lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and oversee corrective actions.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating complex product development and lifecycle activities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and multi-site teams.
- Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers and manufacturing operations.
- Capability to manage risks, non-conformances, failure analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ability to set team goals, prioritize work, assign responsibilities, and mentor team members.
