Sr. Process Development Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop new TVS and ESD protection devices, including device structures and integrated process flows.
• Optimize breakdown, leakage, ESD, surge capability, and other electrical parameters to meet product specifications.
• Use TCAD simulations to plan process modules, tune key parameters, and improve device development efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced wafer fabs to develop, qualify, and transfer processes into manufacturing.
• Scout semiconductor device technologies, TVS/ESD solutions, and process innovations for future product roadmaps.
• Support yield improvement, process excursions, and failure analysis with product marketing, engineering, operations, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, semiconductor engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on TCAD simulation, fab process integration, and process optimization experience is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor device physics and process integration.
• Familiarity with TVS technology; discrete power MOSFET or IGBT experience is an advantage.
• Well-developed English communication skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Self-starter with innovative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate in a cross-cultural environment.
