Earn Operations Specialist (Web3)

Location: Hong Kong. Work-from-home arrangement is available, though it may vary depending on the business team's work requirements.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations for existing Earn products according to established procedures and internal policies.
• Maintain product information, operational documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate launch-readiness checks, operational updates, required materials, and checklists.
• Monitor routine operational metrics, prepare regular reports, and flag discrepancies for follow-up.
• Consolidate user feedback and recurring operational issues while tracking resolution with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams on execution and escalation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, business support, or service delivery, preferably in financial services or digital platforms.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and accurate adherence to established procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data organization, basic analysis, and reporting.
• Experience maintaining operational documentation and coordinating work across multiple teams.
• Clear communication, proactive issue tracking, and appropriate escalation of exceptions.
• Basic understanding of savings and investment products, operational risks, compliance requirements, and digital assets.
