Metal Process Engineer (Wafer Fab)

What you will do

• Improve process capability and achieve SPC CPK greater than 1.33.
• Analyze online abnormalities and improve processes to meet OTD and yield targets.
• Lead single-factor DOE and other tests to optimize existing processes and develop new processes.
• Assess process capability and collaborate with related departments on yield improvement and cost reduction.
• Lead small-scale projects and TECN releases while assisting with PCRB reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2–3 years of wafer fabrication experience.
• Knowledge of the required manufacturing processes.
• Good written Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with DOE and SPC.
• Problem-solving, technical, planning, time-management, creativity, and continuous-improvement skills.
