TL;DR
Synthesis Technician (SPE/HPLC/FLASH): Operating and maintaining synthesis equipment and production lines in a continuous manufacturing environment with an accent on process compliance, EHS procedures, and quality standards. Focus on performing daily synthesis operations, maintaining 5S practices, closing work orders, and supporting night-shift production across at least two lines.

What you will do
- Operate daily synthesis processes according to SOPs, including SPE, HPLC, and FLASH packing.
- Operate, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and support the installation and repair of production equipment.
- Execute and maintain 5S practices in the synthesis operation area.
- Manage production schedules and close work orders for at least two production lines.
- Perform night-shift synthesis production in accordance with EHS SOPs.
- Support the manager and R&D personnel with assigned production and process-improvement activities.
Requirements
- College degree or above in chemical engineering or a related major.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of common chemicals, their basic hazards, protective measures, and emergency handling procedures.
- Strong communication, learning, and teamwork skills.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts according to EHS requirements.
