TL;DR
DFT Verification Intern (SoC/ASIC): Supporting SoC DFT design and verification in Tianjin with an accent on pattern simulations, static and dynamic checks, documentation, and DFT AI Flow development. Focus on running verification flows, building engineering fundamentals, and collaborating with senior and cross-functional teams.
Location: Tianjin (Teda), China; onsite

What you will do
- Support SoC DFT design activities by running DFT pattern simulations.
- Perform static and dynamic checks and maintain technical documentation.
- Assist with DFT AI Flow development under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Contribute to engineering quality, learning, and teamwork throughout the development cycle.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with SoC digital design, verification, programming, and EDA tools.
- Strong foundations in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, testing, and technical documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.
- Good written and spoken English required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with ASIC EDA tools, SoC design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions.
- Willingness to learn quickly.
