Staff Recruiter, Early Career and Interns (Battery Manufacturing)

hirify.global is building a domestic battery-materials supply chain through battery recovery, reuse, recycling, and large-scale production in the United States.

What you will do

• Set annual intern headcount plans, manage the program budget, and maintain the operating calendar with Finance, HR, and business leaders.
• Run the full intern lifecycle, including sourcing, offers, onboarding, relocation, reviews, final presentations, and full-time conversion decisions.
• Build university partnerships and recruiting strategies across Nevada, South Carolina, and national engineering programs, including campus and virtual events.
• Train and calibrate intern managers on project scoping, feedback, performance evaluation, and conversion decisions.
• Design and deliver the summer program, including site tours, executive sessions, cohort projects, and the final showcase.
• Track offer acceptance, conversion, school yield, cost per hire, and retention while partnering with Legal, HR Operations, and Communications to expand co-op and new-grad programs.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of an internship or early-careers program, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, hardware, energy, automotive, or industrial environments.
• Experience growing or rebuilding a program, managing a budget, and using data to support decisions.
• Ability to influence engineering leaders and site general managers without formal authority.
• Deep familiarity with university recruiting, including career services, faculty relationships, and student organizations.
• Fluency with applicant tracking systems and reporting; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
• Full-time position based in McCarran, Nevada, United States.
