What you will do
- Support the development and maintenance of quality management automation solutions.
- Help create, validate, and improve AI-powered review agents and skills.
- Analyze project quality data and contribute to process performance assessments and quality dashboards.
- Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions and AI tools.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, onboarding materials, and best-practice repositories.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Basic programming experience in Python.
- Familiarity with data analysis, automation concepts, APIs, and scripting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab, or other software development tools.
- Interest in AI, software quality, process improvement, and automation.
