Digital Transformation Support Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain digital applications supporting manufacturing and office processes.
• Support data architecture setup, including basic data structure design and integration.
• Perform data analysis and create basic visualizations and reports for operational decision-making.
• Apply mathematical modeling and machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost and Random Forest to data-driven problem solving.
• Participate in AI-enabled solutions and AI agent pilot projects under guidance.
• Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, user instructions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related major.
• Basic programming skills in Python.
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in AI, AI agents, or intelligent automation.
• Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently with guidance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data analysis or data modeling.
• Experience with mathematical modeling, XGBoost, or Random Forest.
