AI Agent Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Develop an enterprise-grade conversational agent platform for AI search, token insights, trading assistant Q&A, and trading strategy generation.
• Design multi-turn conversation capabilities including contextual memory, tool and function calling, orchestration, clarification, follow-up questions, and fallback handling.
• Build and optimize large-model application pipelines using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, vector retrieval, and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with product, algorithm, data, and trading teams to deploy conversational AI in business scenarios and drive iterative improvements.
• Establish production quality monitoring and evaluation systems covering resolution rates, completion rates, latency, and user satisfaction.
• Improve system stability, security, compliance, performance, availability, and observability under high-concurrency conditions.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of backend development experience with strong Java or Python skills and familiarity with microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience deploying large-model or AI applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector retrieval, and function calling.
• Strong complex system design skills and familiarity with caching, message queues, databases, and service governance.
• Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, cross-functional communication, and project execution skills.
• Interest in digital-asset trading, market structure, on-chain data, token information, and trader needs.
• A master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI search, financial information retrieval, token or project research products, trading products, market analysis, quantitative tools, or strategy platforms.
• Experience building agent platforms, A/B testing frameworks, or evaluation datasets.
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and vector databases.
