Electrical Reliability Associate (Aerospace)

Location: San Francisco, United States; onsite role

Base salary: $1,925 per week

What you will do

• Perform reliability analyses on satellite systems.
• Analyze flight hardware with the reliability design team.
• Support Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) activities.
• Write code to evaluate performance and automate testing of satellite hardware.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or an equivalent technical field.
• Interest in learning about, designing, and working with electronic systems.
• Hands-on hardware development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
• U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or qualifying refugee/asylee status required.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI systems.
• Experience with SPICE-based simulators such as LTSpice, PSPICE, or ADS.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering lab equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
• Experience with Python.
