Danaher Business System Leader Manager, Hardware

Location: On-site in Chaska, Minnesota, United States; up to 10% travel to other hirify.global operating companies and locations.

Annual salary: $125,000–$150,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Apply hirify.global Business System tools to improve KPIs across the Hardware Operations plant.
• Participate in daily management, identify problems, and drive corrective actions.
• Collect Gemba evidence, participate in Kaizen, and lead root-cause analysis at Gemba.
• Coach and mentor production teams to build sustainable processes and strengthen DBS capability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support short- and long-term operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and site leaders to drive change and operational results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 7+ years, or Doctoral degree with 5+ years.
• 4+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, or Operations.
• Experience coaching and mentoring associates and leaders at different organizational levels.
• Experience leading change initiatives and adopting new processes, systems, or ways of working in manufacturing or operations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Chaska, Minnesota, United States and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Certified Practitioner or similar certification in DBS tools such as SW, 5S, TPI, PSP, or VSM.
