Strategic Finance Analyst Co-op - January 2027 Start (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, with four days in the office Monday through Thursday and one remote day on Friday. The co-op runs from January 4 through June 18, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary: $24 per hour.

What you will do

• Build and refine financial models for strategic business opportunities and executive decision-making.
• Conduct analytical deep-dives with cross-functional stakeholders to solve high-impact business problems.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance variances, and support actionable business improvements.
• Automate dashboards and monthly reporting packages using Looker and Google DataStudio.
• Own projects end to end while using feedback and mentorship to develop technical skills.
• Use AI to write SQL and accelerate analytical insights and reporting optimization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Analytics, with graduation expected between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and a requirement to return to the course of study after the co-op.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Experience working with large or complex data using Excel or Google Sheets and SQL, GBQ, or an equivalent.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in the Boston office during the full program period.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and detail-oriented skills.
