Location: Onsite in Santa Ana, California, 5 days per week
Salary: $27–$30 per hour

What you will do
- Apply customer payments accurately and promptly to customer accounts and orders.
- Prepare daily bank deposits, scan supporting documents, and post payments to the appropriate customer orders.
- Process credit card payments according to company policy and reconcile payments.
- Troubleshoot problem orders, accounting holds, and customer short payments.
- Maintain electronic files and create, track, and close show order projects.
- Respond to customer calls and emails and collaborate with operations and customer service departments.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of cash application, accounts receivable, or related experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with accounts receivable processes, payment reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
- Must work onsite in the Santa Ana office five days per week.
Nice to have
- NetSuite and additional Salesforce experience.
- Accounting certificate or associate degree.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
