What you will do
- Lead, mentor, onboard, and manage the performance of Accounts Receivable staff.
- Supervise invoicing, collections, payment issue resolution, deductions, disputes, and cost recovery.
- Manage AR procedures, controls, strategic regional goals, collection strategies, and customer account holds.
- Perform month-end close activities and prepare aging, target, cash forecasting, and bad debt reports.
- Collaborate on reconciliations, account analysis, ad hoc reporting, audits, and cross-functional issue resolution.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives while supporting ERP conversions, system upgrades, and GETPAID configuration across multi-ERP environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in credit, collections, or related Accounts Receivable functions preferred.
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience and 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting software platforms.
- Composure, patience, and confidence when handling difficult or escalated situations.
