Senior Software Developer (ERP)

Location: On-site in Oxnard, California, United States

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Own cross-functional software projects focused on maintaining and supporting existing ERP systems.
• Develop, test, maintain, and modernize enterprise applications while preserving system stability and backward compatibility.
• Design complex application interfaces and integrations with current infrastructure.
• Lead adoption of development tools, methodologies, and systems, including rigorous SDLC practices.
• Perform code reviews, create technical documentation, and address challenging technical issues.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, remove blockers, and supervise staff when required.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• At least 12 years of relevant software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; three additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented software principles and enterprise application development.
• Experience with development platforms such as the Microsoft Stack or AWS, plus knowledge of technologies including Angular, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, C#, VBA, VB.NET, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills, with experience supporting existing enterprise systems.
