Location: Boston, MA, United States; employees work from the office 4 days per week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.

Salary: $19–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Support the Investment Platform Morning Meeting process, including logistics, materials, discussion points, and follow-up items.
• Perform recurring and ad hoc data analysis across investment teams, strategies, and business activities.
• Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical tools for investment and business leaders.
• Support scalable reporting and data products while consolidating or replacing manual and legacy processes.
• Help automate internal processes and maintain accurate, reliable datasets from multiple sources.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and support strategic Business Intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program.
• Prior co-op experience is required.
• Excellent communication, writing, attention to detail, multitasking, and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with relevant coursework in data analytics, computer science, information systems, finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high professional standards.
• Demonstrated interest in investment management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar analytical and programming tools.
• Interest in emerging technologies and their application to analytics and business processes.
