Fleet Acquisition & Readiness Lead (Logistics)

Location: Taguig, Philippines; on-site

What you will do

• Build and maintain a sufficient pool of qualified transport partners and truck units for Restock transport requirements.
• Own the fleet supply pipeline from sourcing and initial engagement through onboarding, accreditation, document validation, readiness confirmation, and endorsement for trip deployment.
• Ensure vehicle, transport partner, driver/helper, insurance, registration, identification, permit, and other applicable requirements are complete and valid.
• Track document renewals and maintain an accurate, deployable fleet supply at a target of at least 110% of forecast demand.
• Coordinate capacity planning and fleet readiness with the Fleet Manager, Booking Team, and Operations.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet sourcing, transport operations, trucking, vendor onboarding, procurement, or logistics operations.
• Experience sourcing and onboarding third-party truckers, fleet vendors, or transport partners is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of vehicle and driver documentation, including OR/CR, insurance, licenses, IDs, permits, and accreditation requirements.
• Experience maintaining compliance trackers, document databases, or vendor accreditation records.
• Understanding of truck types, fleet capacity, and logistics transport requirements, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and operational tracking tools.
