Events Specialist (Full Time)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; physical retail, in-store

Salary: $22.00 per hour with a fixed starting rate for new hires.

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute in-store and local community events, workshops, supplier demonstrations, and seasonal activities.
• Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, scheduling, vendors, equipment, signage, and supplies.
• Welcome customers, represent the hirify.global brand, and deliver engaging customer experiences.
• Build relationships with local businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, designers, suppliers, and community groups.
• Capture photos and videos, support marketing programs and promotions, and maintain event materials.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership, Marketing, People Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Operations while supporting store activities between events.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in event execution, hospitality, community engagement, or customer-facing roles.
• English communication skills required for engaging customers, partners, and senior leaders.
• Strong organization, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to direct small teams and vendors.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the day and lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable transportation and readiness for up to 50% travel within a 50-mile radius.
