Security Specialist

Location: 2275 Walnut Street N, Roseville, Minnesota, United States; on-site role

Pay: $37.36–$46.70 per hour

What you will do

• Lead district-level security programs protecting people, assets, and brand integrity.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop strategic security plans for assigned locations.
• Respond to urgent security matters and investigate workplace violence, breaches, losses, fraud, and integrity concerns through interviews and evidence reviews.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies on investigations and compliance matters.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, access-control systems, security plans, goals, and performance metrics.
• Visit customers on site as needed to address lost, pilfered, or damaged shipments and train business partners on security practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in corporate security, audit, military, law enforcement, transportation, supply chain loss prevention, loss analytics, or a related field.
• At least three years of related professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, problem-solving, reporting, and Microsoft computer skills.
• Knowledge of TSA, FAA, company policies, and IC/ISP agreements.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment, maintain constant alertness, travel as needed, and complete required training. Firearm-carrying duties may involve random drug testing.
