Senior Associate, Category Management

Location: Hybrid role in Angel, London, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Friday

Annual base pay: GBP 49,500–54,000

What you will do

• Support category plans focused on revenue, profitability, assortment, and supplier growth.
• Analyse event, category, competitive, and product performance to identify trends and guide business decisions.
• Build relationships with brands and negotiate selection, pricing, quantity, and other supplier terms.
• Identify new designers, brands, and assortment opportunities across product categories.
• Coordinate category strategy with Pricing, Promotions, Operations, Advertising, Merchandising, and other cross-functional partners.
• Attend domestic and international tradeshows and visit key suppliers 4–6 times per year.

Requirements

• Experience in an e-commerce or corporate retail organization is preferred.
• Interest in buying, merchandising, and/or supplier relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence speaking with C-suite supplier executives.
• Strong organization, prioritization, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to learn retail mathematics, manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and achieve target goals independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite is preferred.
