What you will do
- Develop commercially successful womenswear ranges across all product categories.
- Build supplier relationships, source products and prices, and travel frequently to identify the best opportunities.
- Analyse data and market competition to plan ranges, identify trends, and deliver sales, markdown, and profit KPIs.
- Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, product technologists, ecommerce, and marketing teams.
- Manage the product development critical path, range sign-offs, ecommerce optimisation, and campaign or ecommerce shoots.
- Lead the team through effective resource delegation, motivation, and delivery of product plans.
Requirements
- Experienced buyer with in-depth womenswear and fashion industry knowledge.
- Strong analytical, planning, communication, and product range management skills.
- Ability to identify current trends, understand brand DNA, and assess market competition.
- Proven track record in streamlining the critical path and trading ranges in-season.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player able to manage multiple product ranges.
- The role is based onsite at the Enderby office near Leicester. Candidates requiring sponsorship must meet Home Office sponsorship requirements.
