Logistics Senior Specialist

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; physical retail, in-store

Salary: $21.00–$22.50 per hour; the fixed starting rate for new hires is $21.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Own inventory accuracy for assigned departments and support inventory excellence across multiple areas.
• Conduct daily audits, cycle counts, scanning, labeling, and system-to-physical inventory checks.
• Receive, document, and process shipments, including overages, shortages, damages, returns, and other exceptions.
• Monitor aging inventory, process markdowns, and maintain product flow between the stockroom and sales floor.
• Use ticketing and inventory systems to investigate discrepancies and identify process improvements.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, replenishment, store organization, and collaboration with retail and visual merchandising teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of inventory control experience, preferably in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in the Columbus, Ohio physical retail location.
• Ability to read and understand English and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand or walk frequently throughout the day.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; strong attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• At least one year of distribution or logistics experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
