Senior Email Analyst - Batch Email

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts; 4 days in office and 1 day working from home. This is not a virtual or remote position.

Annual base pay: USD 104,500–118,250, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits may be provided.

What you will do

• Own batch email programs across three specialty retail brands, including programming, execution, performance tracking, and testing.
• Monitor daily channel health metrics, develop the long-term performance narrative, and resolve issues quickly.
• Shape the long-term email strategy and identify opportunities to improve channel growth and performance.
• Lead testing initiatives from ideation through execution and reporting, including six-month planning cycles and prioritization of high-ROI work.
• Track industry trends and competitor practices while developing deep expertise in the email channel, customer base, and operating model.
• Partner with Creative, Comms Platform, Search & Recs, Engineering, external agencies, channel analysts, operations, and Marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sciences, or another quantitatively focused discipline is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, management consulting, startup or technology, finance, and/or strategy; email marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience with statistical methods for A/B testing, including statistical significance, sample sizing, and KPI selection.
• Knowledge of marketing metrics, customer-first thinking, and a record of delivering measurable results.
• SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, as well as Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, attention-to-detail, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
