District Manager, New Jersey & Pennsylvania (Retail)

Location: Remote; must be based in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. The role requires in-person store visits and up to 50% travel. The listed company location is Paramus, New Jersey, United States.

Salary: USD 129,000–169,000 annually, plus estimated commission of USD 20,000–25,000.

What you will do

• Manage regional hirify.global stores through touch-bases, in-person visits, operational audits, and development conversations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance feedback, and employee relations for retail teams.
• Partner with headquarters, marketing, merchandising, finance, human resources, and new store opening teams.
• Drive regional revenue, KPIs, staffing, payroll, P&L performance, cost savings, and store standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising, inventory, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across stores.
• Build local community relationships through events, charitable involvement, studios, gyms, teams, and athletes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with P&L, POS, CRM, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, and improve business performance.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays according to business needs.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and conduct regular in-person store visits.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
